Responsible for the management of local inventories, product availability and S&OP process across region, together with our Supply Chain and Customer Services organization, local distributors and 3PL, including monitoring of the import process of NMD products, management of Service Equipment under loan agreements, DOH, scrap levels and S&OP process.What You’ll DoMonitor and manage level of customer service through process management encompassing billing process, open orders, inventory control (internal and 3PL), stock level control (DOH), ongoing imports and sales projection.Define and manage security and ideal stock level for all inventories manage by Abbot and by Distributors; Enhance DOH and safety stock KPI’s by distributors where needed.Work together with US and OUS Supply Chain team to ensure correct import planning purchases, product availability and timely response to orders invoiced directly from US to customers in different countries in Latin America.Manage, integrate and consolidate the sales projection by sku with S&OP margin evaluation on monthly basis, ensuring connection between S&OP process to Financial Planning and Budget cycles; Provide support to Division management and other areas in the preparation of those sales forecasts as part of local S&OP process.Develop and delivery management reports; implementing tools and systems that enable analysis meanwhile, guarantee the accuracy of the information of those reports to Division Management inside and outside the cluster.Maintain a constant and clear communicate with Regional Sales Managers, Sales and Marketing Forces of any problems in stock availability that may arise as a result of unplanned increases in demand, stop shipment or recall or factory back order.Assist Sales Managers and Controller with price list review and updates, including price overrides analysis for management approval process to ensure all orders are process timely, accurate and in compliance with prices policies.Work with sales managers and country customer service across the region to monitor and manage price lists on local ERPs.Analyze demand information versus financial planning and availability of products (stock, imports in progress, etc.), making comparisons based on historical sales, identifying and healing distortions together with the commercial area and distributors.Be responsible to provide and/or review information on monthly accounting activities related to billing and inventory, such as INB accruals, Inventory reserves, scraps and others.Facilitate analysis of products with short useful life, products with high inventory levels, provide tools for analysis and assist management on financial and commercial implications.Complies with all regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.Conduct actions and decisions on the responsibility of the position while respecting the company’s Code of Business Conduct.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business & Administration, Economics, or related discipline.Fluent in English; Advanced Spanish is preferred.Advanced user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;Good knowledge of Power BI and/or similar are preferred.At least 5 years of relevant in Logistics, Demand Planning and/or Financial Areas.Analytical skills, with good ability to perform detailed variance analyses.Proactive, inquisitive, and autonomous mindsetAbility to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.Quick learner and adaptable to fast-paced changes and new environment.Customer oriented behavior, willing to solve problems and reach out cross-functionally.Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner.Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
