How you will spend your time:

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment for positions in Sales in Brazil: providing kick-off with Hiring Manager, creating job descriptions, and conducting screening calls;
  • Scaling the hiring knowledge within the company by training employees and ensuring they perform high-quality interviews;
  • Searching for candidates for all the open roles;
  • Searching for improvements and opportunities regarding our Hiring Process;
  • Guaranteeing an outstanding candidate and employee experience for Hiring Managers;
  • Tracking recruitment data and providing improvements on the recruitment process;
  • Working on the strategy and structure of the recruitment process.

Who you are:

  • You have more than 1 year of experience with full-cycle recruitment using interviewing techniques and assessment methods;
  • You are familiar with hunting on LinkedIn and other sources;
  • You are an English speaker (minimum B2 level);
  • You have ownership and proactivity;
  • You worked in a startup or a fast-paced environment before;
  • You are willing to prioritize and switch between different tasks;
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, we appreciate if:

  • You have experience working with international teams;
  • You have experience working in SaaS or tech companies.
