The person in this position support the monthly reporting process, annual budgeting process, forecasting process, and the overall financial strategic planning process. The role is responsible for driving financial analytical support and for driving continuous improvements to the quality, speed and reliability of relevant reporting and analytics, developing reporting and reporting tools as required and driving harmonization across the region. Deliverables in this role involve consolidating inputs from and coordinating with the countries and functions and delivering a consolidated reporting package. This role will engage with cross functional team members (Finance, Ops, Commercial) to create, update and report information.A strong candidate for this role must possess critical thinking skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to move seamlessly between tactical financial work (e.g. month end reporting and analysis) and more high level financial support (e.g. influential modeling and analysis, predictability analysis) and should be a highly-skilled finance professional who has a solid foundation in accounting principles but wants to use that knowledge to go beyond processing transactions and move into influencing decisions.This role is expected to go beyond traditional finance role of safeguarding financials and managing budgets, serving as a trusted advisor to the business.Lead the AR Management Optimization and Reporting project to complement business performance package.Key Responsibilities:

• Creates and leads periodic business performance package
• Proactively support analysis regarding P&L, Balance Sheet, and key financial and business metrics; tie in financial information with macroeconomic environment and underlying businesses
• Recommends and implements agreed KPIs
• Supports core processes regarding monthly forecast and results, and annual budget and strategic plan
• Collaborates effectively with finance department and other internal partners to drive comprehensive executive reporting
• Recommends and drives finance related process improvements; provide input to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy of forecasting and reporting, as required
• Use insight, data analytics, analysis and critical thinking to evaluate and make recommendations on profitability and working capital impact of business model
• Provides input for business decisions by producing detailed financial models
• Leads improvements in delivering business predictability
• Plays an active role in driving for change and continuous improvement in the business and within finance; identify areas that require improvement
• Helps define the right operational measures that can be tracked and improved and can directly improve the performance of key stakeholders and improve the financial performance of the Company
• Effectively uses financial information to provide the business with better insight into business performance and trajectory and opportunities for growth
• Conducts research as needed during monthly financial close
• Collaborates with the finance leaders for all businesses, sharing best practices

Exemption TypeExempt (Salaried)Job RequirementsQualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an accounting or finance discipline.
• 3+ years relevant experience working in multi-national or multi-location business
• Analytical skills. Financial planning and modelling skills important
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
• Project management skills
• Experience in developing financial reporting tools & reporting systems a plus
• Flexibility to travel internationally and domestically as needed
• Fluente english
