  • Responsible for the transactional activities of hiring external candidates from Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Honduras, Panama and Paraguay, including requesting documents, scheduling exams, compliance and hiring rules in accordance with the guidelines of each country.
  • Attending person on the plants Guarulhos and Osasco when necesary.
  • Attending to all the documentary stages for hiring external candidates and providing the necessary documents for auditing processes.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers to conduct panel interviews, interacting with human resources teams, shared services and other key stakeholders to provide support services in talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Scheduling candidate interviews by coordinating schedules with hiring managers, as well as preparing candidate information packets, creating interview schedules and support needed for the hiring process.
  • Create and format job descriptions according to Cummins processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities for talent acquisition processes; document processes and improvements; contribute to communication and change management efforts for improvement activities.
  • Adhere to recruitment processes, policies, tools and teams in compliance with relevant legislative and governmental regulations and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate documents, collect and input data related to administrative support tasks assigned to a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Carry out work with a limited degree of supervision.
  • Collect, compile, verify information and accurately enter it into documents such as reports, presentations or forms and systems.

  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes desirable.

Education, Specializations, Certificates

  • Bachelor’s degree or studying Business Administration, Human Resources or other related areas desirable.

Experience

  • Requires professional experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or professional experience in the area of human resources and talent attraction.
  • Intermediate English and Spanish.

Additional Information

  • This professional will interface with the LATAM Talent Acquisition team, as well as leading the South America region.
