Honouring the uniqueness of each individual is a key component of our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.You will be asked to help build solutions and seek critical business needs that involve a variety of technologies and methodologies: Development, Full Stack Development, API Management, Test Automation, DevOps, Agile SCRUM, Reliability & Security…This position is to attend J&J LATAM projects within the Business Units and you will work with the LATAM Development Center manager, who is based in São José dos Campos – SP.You will be responsible for :· Own the team to structure roadmaps for assigned platforms.· Ensure technology stack standard methodologies, automation, scalable design, and programmatic standards.· Propose ideas for innovative ways to improve assigned technology platforms.· Serve as an inspiring collaborator for our engineering community.· Mentor and be mentored by other engineers by leading and collaborating in all engineering discussions and voicing support for engineering methodologies.· Architect, Design, build, ship, and maintain reusable systems that drive our enterprise applications.· Technical Reference for the team in SFDC Platforms.Qualifications· University Degree (Bachelor’s or Technologist). Information Technology courses related is recommended.· 5+ years of software engineering experience.· Experience working with agile software development teams.· Worked with architecting, developing, and launching applications that include web, mobile, API, and back-end connectivity is required.· Expertise in Oriented Objects Concepts, Javascript, and RESTFUL interfaces (SOAP/REST).· Experience in programming Apex, SFDC declarative build, and/or Salesforce certifications.Preferred:· 4+ years of Salesforce Development Experience.· Experience with source code management using Git/BitBucket.· Experience in Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and tools migration for projects on various platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab, or others.· Experience with Atlassian tools, especially JIRA.· The ability to build, develop, and deploy containers to support client applications.· Experience in Tech Lead positions in Salesforce Projects (Sales, Services & Community is desirable).
