Now is your opportunity to shape the future of passive safety technologies together with us!¡Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as QAD Analyst – Div R at Limerira Plant!About the team: Working in global Team ‘Competence Center QAD’ with the goal to run an economic, secure and innovative digital environment for QAD sites.Responsibilities:

• Enable and actively contribute to Digitalization activities and Strategy for Competence Center QAD;
• Shape and deliver Programs and Roadmaps to implement company´s strategy together with respective business partners Derive and manage state-of-the-art IT platform, information and solution architecture embedded in enterprise architecture;
• Conduct IT Demand-Management, establish effective and efficient processes to deliver projects and IT products according to business requirements and agreed service levels;
• Deliver required Security compliance for IT solutions;
• Provide QAD related demand analysis, solution design and achievement. Implementations and support for business world-wide, include financial, production and distribution;
• Manage Business Services and technical Services based on defined SLAs, provide best-in-class IT Services balancing quality and costs in alignment with business, Ensure Compliance in area of responsibility (e.g. license Mgmt. / software compliance);
• Manage project costs, external suppliers in area of responsibility.

Required Skills & Experience:

• ERP experience in automotive industry, minimum 5 years’ experience in implementation and support of QAD, be familiar with QAD financial, production, distribution, EDI, WMS functions and processes;
• Powerful communication skills on peer level, must have a good command of written and spoken English;
• Highly analytical and at the same time very integrative personality;
• In depth business understanding, business empathy;
• State-of-the-art IT Technology competency;
• Active steering of IT Strategy.
