- Develop job postings and decide where to source for qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening with candidates to determine match to the position requirements.
- Schedule interviews and/or assessments with local human resources and/or hiring teams as requested.
- Work closely with local human resources representatives and hiring managers to prepare and extend employment offers and complete search process (e.g. feedback to candidates not selected, etc.).
- Manage compliance to applicable employment laws and requirements specific to recruitment (applicant recordkeeping, etc.).
- Maintain a variety of recruiting data and prepare reports to communicate recruitment status and performance against identified metrics (e.g. cost-per-hire, days to close, interview:hire ratio, etc.).
- May be responsible for providing coaching/training to human resources representatives and/or hiring teams on use of situation-based interview techniques.
- Act as recruiting Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing market insight and guidance to the business
- Responsible for keeping Applicant Tracking System updated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree required, preferably in the field directly related to Human Resources (HR Development, Labor Relations, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment
- Previous experince staffing technical engineering/IT positions is highly preferred
- Ideal candidte would possess high-engery, be highly motivated and a self-starter
- Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Sytems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Previous experience actively sourcing passive candidates
- Fluent in English
