Descrição da vaga: Innovate to solve the world’s most important challengesThe Advanced Project Engr can provide technical and engineering leadership for large complex advanced solutions projects focus on Advanced Process Control and or multivariable systems at LAR region. Handle complete process from opportunity sales support until the end of a project implementation accomplishing with every single stage from a project methodologies implementation (e.g. design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, budget). Monitors and controls assigned work scope against the project plan. Shares technical knowledge with project team. Own engineering disciplines, reports progress and technical problems to project and engineering supervisor. Understand a new process quickly and find a way to apply the subject matter expertise to it. He/she can work alone or in a mentoring role as required. Possesses good technical sales skills and is innovative on new processes and control technologies. Periodic support of sales, proposals and/or marketing efforts may be required.Responsibilities
- Any assigned project will need to accomplish with successful completion and within budgeted time and cost constraints.
- Communicate technical concepts/solutions to internal and external customers; e.g. accurately reviewing customer specs and with talent to identify opportunities, risks, and resources required to achieve results.
- Provides technical leadership to a small group (approximately one or two) of assigned engineers or technicians
- Communicate compelling features and benefits of the solutions and services to customers.
- Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
- Professionally communicate in writing and verbally to account team, management as well as customers.
- Turn technical customer requirements into solutions.
YOU MUST HAVE
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience at industrial environment focus on process optimization.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading APC (Advanced Process Control) and/or multi variable projects in different industries.
- Experience in optimization software technologies.
- Fluent English and Portuguese, proficient writing and verbal communication skills.
- Growth & Customer Focus.
- Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Electronic Engineering or process Engineering
- Experience in MMM, O&G plants process
- Technical Excellence.
- PMI or similar project implementation methodologies knowledge.
- Achieve elevated levels of development quality and customer satisfaction.
- Travel availability.
WE VALUE
- Experience in industrial plants process
- Knowledge of Honeywell’s product portfolio (profit suite) is an asset.
- Effective at time management. Candidate must be comfortable at multitasking, (i.e. be able to juggle multiple assignments/responsibilities).
- PMI project implementation methodologies knowledge
- Agile project implementation knowledge
- Good skills in Databases (Oracle, SQL Server), Languages (PL-SQL, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript), SQL Server Reporting Services.
