Descrição da vaga: Offer DescriptionPost-doctoral fellowship to work on “Matrix Support for Innovative Entrepreneurship in Rio Claro/SP” project, where the main goal is to produce knowledge for applying Matrix Support to scientific and technological entrepreneurship. The project comprises knowledge production, instruction, instrumentation, and the implementation of public policy.The development of an evaluation matrix, for Matrix Support actions, based on the data obtained during the training processes is the main objective of the post-doctoral fellowship. Therefore, the main activities involve:– Promoting Matrix Support Training; analyzing qualitative data;– Identifying the primary attributes of Matrix Support that have the potential to be used as indicators;– Creating an evaluation matrix based on the Matrix Support indicators acquired;– Validating the evaluation matrix with participants and important actors; and– Disseminating the evaluation matrix within the academic setting.Experience in research and/or shown expertise in the following areas is necessary for this position: matrix support, active learning methodologies, and public policy implementation. Furthermore, the applicant needs to be accessible to work at the three universities included in the proposal: State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Federal University of Sâo Paulo (UFSCar, São Carlos campus), and São Paulo State University (UNESP, Rio Claro campus).Applications must be sent to Prof. Alana Fornereto, associate researcher for the project, at .This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationality.
