Descrição da vaga: Offer DescriptionCharacterization of microbial functional diversity in soil and plant samples collected from conserved and degraded Brazilian biomesThe current Postdoctoral proposal intends to apply next-generation molecular techniques to characterize microbial functional diversity in soil and plants collected from Brazilian biomes’ highly conserved or degraded areas.Goal: This project will characterize microbiome functional diversity in soil and plant samples collected from highly conserved belonging to Mata Atlantica, Cerrado, Pampas, Amazonia, Pantanal, and Caatinga and compare with degraded adjacent biomes.This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationality.
