Main responsibilities:
- Transform data insights into actionable strategies that deliver lasting value and transform customer experiences.
- Drive innovative solutions that improve customer interactions with our products.
- Conduct research in collaboration with domain experts to inform product development and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and security are integral to all processes and solutions.
- Define, monitor, and communicate success metrics for products
- Solve complex problems using cutting-edge technologies, including AI, data, and cloud solutions.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level;
- Excellent english skills (verbal and written) is mandatory;
- Proficiency in Data, AI, and Cloud Technologies and deriving insights from data;
- Strong problem-solving abilities for enterprise-scale challenges;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead change;
- Strategic thinking and change management skills;
- Experience in managing global digital product release strategies;
- Product management experience, including planning, budget management, team management, and deployment.
What can make you stand out:
- Good knowledge of Big Data and Machine Learning;
- Entrepreneurial experience in product management, especially with startups or launching new products;
- Sales and marketing experience in digital products;
- Good knowledge of Python;
- Strong interest in digital workspace solutions and a belief in the potential for technology to enhance the employee experience.
