Over the next 12 months, this team will be working to bring a new customer-facing platform from concept to production through a deeply collaborative effort between our Marketing, IT, UX, Product, and Data members. The team will leverage the company’s existing knowledge of both the industry and technologies to create a digital product that will help reduce CO2 emissions of fleets, improve road safety, and provide predictability and value to its customers. This is a unique opportunity to have an early and significant impact on shaping both the new Aftermarket organization and product while having the security of being part of one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers.About the Product (Capability) Owner
As a Product Owner, you are part of a small highly skilled, innovative, and motivated Capability team in the construction and exploitation of new digital solutions for ZF Aftermarket developed using cutting-edge technologies in web and mobile applications, together with cloud technologies. You will be working closely with the Product Manager and your end-to-end developer team, to build responsive, data-centric rich web and mobile applications.Your tasks

• Capability vision and strategy – Define the WHAT and convey the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every PI and Sprint;
• Prioritize and sequence the Backlog according to business value, risk and time-criticality, focusing on maximizing the value of the delivered product and refine it with your Agile Team;
• Work with the Product Manager to define the best solutions for customer and business requirements;
• Work with test engineers to ensure solid coverage by both manual and automated testing;
• Align with Platform Team about where they can take foundational work off the shoulders of your team, thus maximing the value delivery of your team;
• Manage dependencies and impediments within your team and work with other roles (PM, Scrum Master, etc.) to resolve them;
• Ensure compliance and documentation of the solutions built by your team.

Your profile

• Complete bachelor;
• Excellent English skills;
• In-depth knowledge and experience of agile methods and the Software Engineering process;
• High level of analytical thinking and ability to structure and simplify complex processes and problems in addition to customer-oriented thinking and acting, flexibility, enthusiasm and strong team skills (Team spirit, positive mindset and ablity to motivate people);
• End-to-end thinking during implementation;
• Experience in business analysis;
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills in English as well as basic knowledge in organizational development and business administration;
• Your optional superhero skills: Experience in working in scaling agile setups (e.g. based on SAFe) and Experience in software development.
