- Management of metering systems, in accordance with ANP Technical Regulation for Oil and Natural Gas Metering, ISO 10012 and other related standards and regulations.
- Industrial automation and instrumentation systems related to flow measurement such as PLC, flow computer, exlerate, Delta V, flowmeters and transmitters (desired)
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring the execution of technical tasks, such as calibrations, inspections and corrective maintenance, as well as technical support on the metering systems for the units.
- Establish an accurate monitoring system for the Metering Management System performance, identifying and implementing proper KPIs for continuous enhancement.
- Ensure operational continuity of critical equipment and systems while promoting cost-efficient operation and maintenance by working closely with offshore maintenance teams
- Development, implementation, and planning of projects related to the Fiscal Measurement area in any unit
- Investigate failures and incidents, performing root cause analysis, and preparing work packs, technical reports, documentations, and maintenance procedures
- Conduct internal audits, represent SBM on external audits, create and execute action plans to correct any nonconformities.
- Ensure metering activities are completed in compliance with applicable policies, codes, standards, and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University Bachelor level degree in Mechanical | Chemical | Electrical or Control & Automation Engineering
- Desirable 5 years’ experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or refinery fiscal metering
- Advanced English
- Availability to work in Santos-SP
