Join us.About the team
The Head of Sales is the business leader responsible for driving revenue for growth advertisers on TikTok. The Head of Sales will develop the go-to-market strategy, prioritize critical marketing narratives, and lead a team of sales leaders to deliver revenue targets. They will also identify the business’s needs and allocate appropriate resources to drive sustained growth.Responsibilities
– Craft overall strategy to deliver on revenue targets and steer the vertical to increased growth potential
– Prioritize sales narratives focused on the needs of growth vertical
– Deep understanding of product to drive enhancements to unlock revenue
– Bring a consultative approach that will align around a Customer First methodology
– Provide thought leadership and mentorship to your team on overall account planning
– Develop and maintain a strong understanding of critical vertical market trends and customer opportunities
– Develop and lead a national sales team of people managers and individual contributorsQualifications:Minimum qualification
– Substantial experience in digital advertising, ad sales, brand marketing, and Growth vertical.
– Manage the team of managers, helping them improve and thrive.
– Proficient in English and Portuguese.Preferred Qualifications
– Strong knowledge of Growth marketing, sales strategies, product catalog, content management, and retail operations
– Expertise in scale, T3, growth, media platforms and digital marketplaces
– Experience managing people managers of varying experience
– Knowledge of agency ecosystem, digital and traditional
– Ability to foster C-Level executive relationships with a genuine interest in customers’ success and recruit and retain top talent.
– A proven penchant for creative problem-solving
