In the Technical Unit, we have squads that are responsible to support our manufacturing, delivering tailored solutions regarding maintenance, projects and process optimization and process automation, ensuring our operations with quality, safety, sustainability and take care of our people.YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:Be a key digital technical resource to support the plant operation and optimization focused on the capacity, cost, quality, safety and sustainability topics. The deliveries of this position will require expertise in digital systems, process control tools and automation technologies.ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?Must have:

• Graduation in Mechatronics, Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / Chemical Engineering;
• Language: Advanced English;
• Required Knowledge in Data Analytics, Advanced Process Control, PLC, Control systems configuration (e.g. Delta V), Manufacturing Execution System (MES, ERP);
• Willingness to relocate or reside in São José dos Campos.

Nice to Have:

• Professional experience in areas like maintenance, automation and / or manufacturing;
• Ability to explain complex topics and training people in technical matters regarding automation;
• Behaviors in Focus on the outcomes and Collaboration with responsibility;
• Ability to act, fast learn and evolute.
