Descrição da vaga: Job DescriptionHybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on a full-time basisWhat You’ll Do (Responsibilities)Successfully led multiple transactional, proactive, and/or reactive projects with PDCA approach using continuous improvement methods such as Six Sigma (DMAIC, DMADV), Lean (thinking, office, manufacturing), Shainin or Red X, Kaizen, through its effective application, having as key responsibilities:– Act as continuous improvement and innovation project master with project management skills, practicing ownership and accountability ensuring initiation, progress and completion of project deliverables, focusing on execution and communicating progress, status and issues to executives and business leaders.
– Work closely with senior business leaders and project teams, demonstrating ability to coach & influence others, at all levels, with the institutionalization of the Operational Excellence and Innovation mindset.
– Provide training, coaching, and mentorship in excellence and innovation methodologies. Actively contribute to the development and refinement of Operational Excellence best practices, models, and methods, with presentation and facilitation expertise.
– Collaborate across teams and drive synergy toward common corporate objectives based on collective intelligence to overcome challenges.
– Serve as a change agent, promoting organizational change management initiatives and simplifying strategies into actionable plan.Skills

– Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
– Certification: Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification and experience is required.– Agile, Design Thinking and/or Lean background training.
– Language skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
– Background in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Sales, Data Science or transactional areas.What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications)
– Experience in Process Improvement, Business Growth and Operations, Innovation or Project/Program Management.
