If so, we want you on our team!As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will establish and implement the recruiting strategy for challenging salaried positions within South and Central America region. Acting as a recruiting strategic partner, the consultant will identify, recruit, and screen potential candidates and manage the associated process through offer and negotiation stage to acceptance. This role is fully remote, with occasional participation in events or in-person meetings primarily in Valinhos-SP.What you’ll do:A. Manage a requisition load of 30 – 35+ open positions in a fast paced environment, including managerial positions
B. Manage talent acquisition process beginning from search kick off through offer acceptance
C. Influence co-workers and customers without authority in a matrix environment
D. Learn the product and services of the organization in order to attract key talent
E. Utilize technology to identify new candidates, build relationships, and maintain a talented pool of candidates for selection purposes
F. Enforce and providing guidance on policies, procedures and best practices to internal customers, as well as A&S trainings for managers
G. Identify, recruit and screen potential candidates utilizing all resources available
H. Manage talent acquisition process beginning from search kick off through offer acceptance
I. Develop recruiting strategies specific to each unique managerial requisition
J. Establish priorities, manage deadlines and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients.
K. Participate in continuous improvement project, with regional impact.#LI-MF!Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university * Consistent experience working in human resources or professional staffing
- Fully Bilingual – Spanish and English required. Advanced / Conversational Portuguese.
- Experience with Microsoft applications and sourcing tools
- Experience working with internet based applications
