In this role, you will lead software development projects, mentor team members, and drive technical innovation within our organization.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
- Mentor and coach junior developers to enhance their technical skills
- Participate in architectural decisions and technology selection
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Contribute to the development of technical strategies aligned with business goals
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team

<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field</li>
<li>5+ years of software development experience</li>
<li>2+ years in a technical leadership role</li>
<li>Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++</li>
<li>Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)</li>
<li>Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools</li>
<li>Experience with Agile methodologies and project management</li>
<li>Strong system design and architecture skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git</li>
<li>Experience managing and mentoring development teams</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to make decisive technical decisions</li>
<li>Visionary approach to software development and team leadership</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of software development best practices</li>
<li>Understanding of scalable and distributed systems</li>
<li>Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Scrum Master) are a plus</li>
<li>Fluency in Portuguese and English is required</li>
