In the Technical Unit, we have squads that are responsible to support our manufacturing, delivering tailored solutions regarding maintenance, projects and process optimization and process automation, ensuring our operations with quality, safety, sustainability and take care of our people.YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Responsible as a key Digital Technical Resource to support plant operation and optimization focused on the capacity, cost, quality, safety and environmental improvements. The deliveries of this position will require expertise in digital systems, process control tools and automation technologies.
• Support and coordinate the manufacturing process control, alarms and interlocks, applying the propoer guideline of automation for the plant.
• Initiate process control development and execution on projects with digital inputs;
• Establish standards and guidelines as applied to the control system using the information in Guidelines and Global Procedures according the
• design criteria;
• Cocreate and collaborate with Engineering & Technology across all
• departments by coordinating projects and work streams in innovation
• solutions;
• Develop control system configuration, database and reports;
• Guide and support the team in the activities of automation and maintenance at site areas;
• Coordinate the training and updating of engineers, specialists and
• operators in tools and improvements related to automation and control
• systems;
• Contribute to the compliance of the maintenance process with the
• Integrated Plant Management System (SGI);
• Support with protagonism the automation team for Information Security
• Management, representing the site in the global team (MITS Team);
• Be responsible and guarantee the support in design, maintain, create
• the automation system architecture and infrastructure;
• Develop projects and solutions according the industry 4.0 and
• automation best practices;
• Ensure manufacturing data reliability, Big Data Storage, Data
• analytics, Infrastructure Historian data, Data Flow & Data Integration;
• Ensure the Advanced Instrumentation & IOT: Wireless systems;
• Be a focal point for Automation & Process Control system and Site
• Cybersecurity programs (e.g MITS).

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

• Graduation in Mechatronics / Electrical / Automation / Mechanical /
• Chemical Engineer;
• Language: Intermediate to Advanced English;
• Required Knowledge in Data Analytics, Advanced Process Control, Control;
• Systems configuration (e.g. Delta V), Manufacturing Execution System
• (MES, ERP), PLC and IT systems architecture;
• Experience in the area of automation,
• maintenance and / or chemical process manufacturing;
• Ability to explain complex topics and training people in technical
• topics regarding automation;
• Behaviors in Focus on the outcomes and Collaboration with responsibility;
• Ability to act, fast learn and evolute.
