Your focus will be planning, creating, and executing market and consumer insights to bring valuable information into business value chain. This role has focus on the full insight process from defining gaps, scoping insights deliverables, and customize market insights to match business needs. You will report to the Head of Marketing and Communication for Latin America.Main AccountabilitiesLead consumer insights, plan and projects to support marketing and communication objectives in Food & Beverage biosolutions to create demand and inspire customers.Develop valuable insights by combining external, internal, and proprietary insights.Manage and support insights content to regional and local customer engagements initiatives, innovation and other marketing and communication activities.Create local Insights storylines utilizing the global insights available and local customized market and consumer research studies.Advise approach for getting insights most effectively within budgets to meet objectives and timelines.Present findings, insights and recommendation to internal and external stakeholders.Prepare reports, presentations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communication team by providing valuable insights connected to objectives and initiatives.Stay connected across sources, identify, and share relevant market, industry and consumer Insights across internal stakeholders in the region.Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing intelligence, or business administration. Desirable MBA. Languages: English and Spanish spoken and written.Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in a market insight position. For example: FMCG, Food ingredient business and possibly combined with research agency experience.Experienced with qualitative and quantitative consumer insight.Experienced with consumer product innovation processes and the insight generation behindSolid business mindset and logic with numbers when transforming data to support business and commercial activities.Segments: Preferably experienced in Food and Beverages categories.Travels: 10-30%[Not translated in selected language]Could our purpose be yours?
