Country/Region: BR Location: Itu, São Paulo, BR, 13314-012 Job DescriptionAbout the Team:Drive the ongoing development and improvement of customer-facing Front End applications to drive customer convenience, create differentiated customer experiences, and positively contribute to AM business objectives.
What you can look forward to as Product Owner eShop integration:Define, develop, and deploy customer journey flows surrounding eShops parts order placement e.

(but not limited to) Availability check, Delivery options landscape, delivery date management, Track & Trace integration, open orders management, etc.
; Define and implement product roadmap; Act as major point of contact within Front End Solutions towards the wider business organization and steer IT demand planning; Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal areas and facilitate opportunities to leverage combined resources and tools; Understand customer behavior online and drive measures to improve customer engagement; Track and analyze data generated from various sources including ZF websites; Define and own Front End solutions eShop ordering value propositions and ensure internal communication is leading to global adoption; Sustain digital Front End Solutions operations; Manage and steer 3rd party suppliers and agencies effectively.
Your Profile as Product Owner eShop integration:Significant experience in digitalization of order processes (COM) & online platform development in an international environment; Experience as digital product owner including Agile and Scrum working methodologies; Experience in defining online concepts, strategies, and best practices; Experience with web analytics, tracking & measuring tools and techniques; Fostering collaboration & empowerment; Impacting and influencing skills.
