At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.We are searching for the best talent for IT Software Engineer SAP– SD to be in São José dos Campos or São Paulo, Brazil.Purpose:We are currently recruiting for an IT Software Engineer SAP– SD to be part of a fast-paced, innovative and highly visible team implementing projects/enhancements within Deliver areas for the J&J organization in Latin America.AS a SAP-SD you will be responsible for projects, enhancements and service requests delivery. The person will take in the user requirements and will be responsible by the design, development, configuration, test and cut-over, translating business needs into solutions, in Sales and Logistics areas.You will be responsible for:
- As a SAP-SD engineer you will deliver projects, enhancements and support for Sales and Logistics areas.
- Build and maintain software, translating user stories from the backlog into working code, using modern design patterns and architectural principles
- Write code that is high quality, well documented, and efficient and is easy to maintain and update
- Drive testing and deployment of software solution, including ensuring automated testing to ensure solution quality
- Ensures Regression Testing is planned appropriately for solution.
- Improve operational efficiency by developing additional automation tools and scripts (e.g., CI/CD automation)
- Build and operate infrastructure, toolset, and deployment pipelines
- Work closely with other Software Engineers and QAs to understand the system end-to-end
- Support product owner in defining stories and Lead Engineer in defining technical solutions
- Provide ongoing solution support, incl. incident and problem management (L2+), root cause analysis, request fulfilment, security compliance, fault repair, resiliency testing, and observability
- Reviews Data and Security Requirements for the User Story during Sprint Planning.
- Works with Testing, Software Quality Assurance and IT Risk Assurance services to ensure requirements are met according to SOX or GxP.
- Provide mentorship to other internal team members and/or offshore teams on service and projects deliveries related.
Qualifications
- B.A. /B.S. degree preferably in Information Technology, Supply Chain or Business.
- Excellent knowledge of the SAP SD.
- Work experience in a global corporative environment supporting SAP ECC or S/4 HANA Projects, focused on sales and distribution processes, covering sales order creation, pricing, and outbound delivery execution (LES)..
- Strong sales and logistics business knowledge.
- Fluent knowledge of English.
- Experience in reviewing functional specifications, coordinating technical design and developments in the SAP-SD, SAP-LES space and interfaces to legacy applications such as EDI, OSGT, Sales Force.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager – Service Desk and CHARM modules.
- Comprehend different architectural view-points and identify/understand dependencies
- Design and build high-performing and secure software solutions according to the customer needs with given tools and languages
- Apply leading software development practices and standards to build robust software
- Knowledge and experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- ABAP skills for debugging is desired.
- Spanish intermediate.
- Flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend work).
