Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.General DescriptionAs an On-Premise Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full scope of the on-premise business, developing and implementing effective channel focused strategies for consumption points such as bars, restaurants, Horecas, similar establishments and Events.Mission/Objectives of the RoleFocused on the consumer goods industry, particularly in the distilled beverage segment, the professional will manage the team to ensure a strong and strategic brand presence in these sales points, maximizing visibility and sales volume.Key Responsibilities/ActivitiesManage and develop the on premise channel planCollaborate with the marketing team to develop specific strategies for the on premise channelAnalyze the market and identify opportunities to increase market share and brand visibilityDevelop marketing plans tailored to the on-premise environment, considering the specific characteristics of each channelManage the execution of promotional campaigns and events at consumption pointsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with bar managers, restaurant owners, hotel managers, and other establishmentsNegotiate visibility and product positioning agreements with on-premise partnersLead and develop the teamFoster a collaborative and high-performance work environmentMonitor and analyze the performance of on-premise trade marketing initiativesPrepare detailed reports on campaign activities and resultsUtilize market data, insights, and campaign feedback to optimize company trade marketing strategiesManage the trade marketing budget for the on-premise channelEnsure efficient use of financial resources to maximize return on investmentKey ContactsInternal: Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Logistics.External: On-premise customers, strategic partners, distributors and suppliersRequired ExperienceExperience in trade marketing, preferably in the distilled beverage or consumer goods segmentExperience in team management and leadershipEducational Level / Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (a master’s degree is an advantage).
