The Financial and administrative analyst role is central to our success. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication and organization skills. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the local Brazil team, including financial, client-facing and internal project support. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities Include:
– Support accounts payable and receivable, including payroll, client invoicing, financial reporting,and interfacing with both the Brazil and U.S. accounting teams
– Provide executive administrative support and assistance to local staff
– Create, edit, and proof correspondence, presentations, and other documents as required
– Conduct internet research, collect, and analyze data for reports
– Manage local team calendars
– Coordinate domestic and international travel and create itineraries
– Report weekly time and expenses
– Arrange and support meetings and events
– Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes
– Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications
– Answer and manage incoming phonecallsReceive and interact with incoming visitors
– Liaise with internal staff at all levels
– Interact with external clients
– Provide project tracking as required
– Coordinate office operations, like booking meeting rooms and purchasing office supplies
– Other duties as assigned
