Our Team:Position overview:We are seeking a motivated Data Engineering Intern to join our team and assist in the development and maintenance of our data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python and SQL, along with excellent English communication skills for both verbal and written interactions.Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to design, develop, and implement data pipelines and ETL processes;
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing existing data pipelines for efficiency and scalability;
- Contribute to the development of data models and database schemas to support business requirements;
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions;
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of data pipelines to ensure accuracy and reliability;
- Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for future reference.
About you:Requirements:
- Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written (mandatory);
- Basic knowledge in Python for data manipulation and scripting;
- Basic experience in SQL and relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL);
- Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools;
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure;
- Knowledge of Snowflake database.
